The Villas are located at Palmia, a gate-guarded, private community for active adults which is more of an infill than a traditional stand-alone active adult project.  The Palmia site is located adjacent to numerous neighborhoods that are not age-restricted.  The houses are arranged around auto courtyards which provide an intimate neighborly place along with a highly desirable level of privacy.  Each home is located on its own small lot with no reciprocal use easements which can be uncomfortable for this age group.
