Situated within the Sonoma Ranch master-planned golf course community, the Boulders is an exclusive, gated, age-restricted neighborhood.  The land plan was designed in a terraced manner to maximize views to the golf course on two sides of the site and the views to the rugged Organ Mountains on the other side.  The circulation system gently curves between the terraces and provides the connection to the recreational facility at the project entry.  The homes were designed to compliment the land plan with high ceilings and abundant glass to capture the views.
