Wildwood Ridge is a proposed hillside community in Nevada County, California, with single-family detached residential on four different lot sizes ("A" lots – 5,000 s.f., "B" lots – 7,000 s.f., "C" lots 12,000 s.f. and custom – "D" lots) and types. The project is comprised of four distinct villages, each containing a park and higher density clustered homes near the center. The community features an integrated trail system connecting the 80 acres of parks and open space. Special care was taken to assimilate the housing within the existing hillside terrain, and enhance views of the lake below.
