The integration of land planning and design is one of Iverson Architects basic creative goals. We believe that people choose community first and then select a habitat within that community. This is true if the “community” is a series of multifamily buildings or a master planned development.

All our site planning work introduces the concepts of Diversity, Connectivity and Sustainability. The principles of Smart Growth and Traditional Neighborhood Design are integrated in this work. The creation of a sense of place is central to our Master, Neighborhood, and Site Specific Planning.
