For this waterfront project located on the shores of Puget Sound, computer-generated floor plans were provided to the Client’s public relations firm.  Furniture was placed in the rooms and hard surface flooring shown.  All room dimensions were removed from the drawings and everything, linen closets, tv space, etc. clearly labeled.  A hand-rendered black and white front elevation was provided and, for this brochure, the building elevation as seen from the water is shown as part of a watercolor painting by a local artist.
