The Poulsbo Place II master-planned community is an in-fill project located in the historic waterfront town of Poulsbo, Washington. It is designed as a village with a variety of single-family housing options, both detached and attached, in a compact traditional neighborhood design within walking distance of the neighborhood commercial / mixed-use area. The critical issues were density, parking, and appropriate architectural design that respects the historic character of the town. The agency submittals for Poulsbo Place II included a land use site plan, floor plans with lot diagrams and elevations / street scenes for the various housing types.
