The Cedars at Willowalk is located in the planned community of Page Ranch which is in the rapidly growing town of Hemet, CA. As with many cities facing rapid growth, Hemet is upgrading their planning and architectural design criteria for new residential development. Conditions and concerns regarding new development have created a critical need for accurate and attractive presentation of architectural design for the required planning commission workshops and hearings. The agency submittals for the Cedars at Willowalk included a full-color booklet with a site plan, typical street scene, floor plans and lot diagrams, as well as front, side, and rear elevations with all alternates delineated.
