The Cottages are single-family detached homes with front-loading garages that are plotted along perimeter edges. The homes are adjacent to interior blocks of single-family attached homes with garages rear. Three floor plans have 3 and 4 bedrooms, including a downstairs master suite in one plan, and 2½ to 3 baths. The homes also feature front porches, family rooms, walk-in closets, laundry rooms, gourmet kitchens, and attached 2 car garages, with optional lofts or dens available above two of the family rooms. The mixing of the two product types on this project increased diversity and sales absorption.
