These homes are located on estate-sized, hillside lots with both side slope and uphill conditions. Because this project was an extension of a custom subdivision, no two homes could be alike.  Multiple options and elevation variations were designed to accomplish this.  Each home became a custom plan designed to fit a specific lot with its own plan/elevation/option combination.  Two plans could be used on both uphill and side slope conditions thus cutting down on the number of plans needed for the 40 lots.  One 1-story and four 2-story plans include formal living and dining rooms, large kitchen / nook / family room area, a spacious master bedroom suite, two or three secondary bedroom suites, optional dens / home office / libraries, and lofts or bonus rooms in the 2-story plans.
