Representing the last great opportunity for a luxury master planned golf community in the exclusive Indian Wells community, Toscana is targeted for move-up retirees and second home buyers. Three series of one-story, single family homes were designed with open great rooms in response to a casual entertaining desert lifestyle. The finely detailed homes are oriented to the golf course at the rear and to private entry courtyards, with the option of additional guest casitas. The homes feature up to 3 bedrooms with 3½ baths, or with the guesthouse option, 4 bedrooms with 4½ baths. In the two series shown, three and four-car garages were standard.
